$50 million entertainment center to open in Beirut

Real Estate Developers (RED) will gradually open a $50 million entertainment center in Saloumeh called

Beirut Business Center

(BBC) starting this month. According to

sources

, the project that is comprised of five towers will provide more than 1,000 job opportunities. The owner of RED is a Lebanese-Greek investor named Andreas Iliovits who is also a prominent businessman in the GCC states and Europe. The area of the center is 60,000 square meters. BBC includes a boutique hotel that contains 75 rooms. The center that meets world-class standards will also feature restaurants, bars, coffee shops, a gym, a spa, and a playground. The center will contain a theater that can accommodate 1,000 people, a studio where 90 musicians can record at the same time, five movie theaters operated by VOX, and a public library. BBC is where business meets lifestyle. Two of the five towers will offer luxurious office spaces and impressive showrooms.
