A major dispute occurred this evening in Baysour, Aley district, between the townspeople and Syrians, which led to two wounded from the Malaeb family being stabbed with a knife, and wounded among the Syrians.
The young men from Al Malaeb were transferred to Al-Shahar Al-Gharbi Hospital, while the town was cordoned off by the Lebanese Army and Army Intelligence.
