Lebanese Addmind and Emirati-based ADMO Lifestyle Holding just partnered up under a new joint venture called Alpha-Mind to expand and acquire new concepts across the region and world.
Addmind owns and operates some of Lebanon’s and the region’s hottest nightlife and hospitality spots like Iris, Bar Du Port, Clap, Sucre, White, Bazaar, La Mezcaleria, and others.
Alpha-Mind consists of a 51% split for ADMO and 49% for Addmind.
In a statement to WAM, the Group CEO of Addmind, Tony Habre, emphasized the significance of the partnership, marking a pivotal moment in Addmind’s development.
Habre highlighted that Alpha-Mind signifies a strategic alliance between industry leaders committed to expanding and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
He also stated that “their goal is to globally expand and refine their existing brands, while also tapping into new markets and engaging diverse audiences.”
Addmind told 961 that this joint venture doesn’t affect the outlets in Lebanon.
Established in 2022 as a joint venture between Alpha Dhabi and Dubai’s Monterock International, ADMO aims to curate a portfolio of premier luxury and lifestyle brands.
Since its inception, it has acquired notable names like Nammos, CÉ LA VI, and most recently, Em Sherif.
With plans to open new venues in Jumeirah Group’s Marsa Al Arab in Dubai, as well as in international destinations, such as Ibiza, London, Mykonos, Paros, Milan, and St Tropez.
Over the summer, Addmind reopened the iconic Skybar in Beirut, and at the end of last year opened Skinn as an indoor venue right under Skybar.
