Residents in the Ain el Remmaneh neighborhood have decided to file a lawsuit against the Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Hassan Nasrallah, according to Annahar.
The residents accused Hezbollah of a deliberate military attack against their residential area.

Those accusations are related to the Tayyouneh Clashes of October 14th where 7 seven people were killed and more than 60 were injured after a Hezbollah and Amal protest against judge Tarek Bitar escalated to dramatic gunfire.
While both parties, Lebanese Forces and Hezbollah, are blaming each other for the gunfire, the residents of Ain el Remmaneh “completed a file-backed with testimonies, evidence, and videos proving that Ain el Remmaneh came under a deliberate attack” and will use it for the lawsuit against Hezbollah.
Today, the scars of the fighting are still visible in Ain el Remmaneh. The military court is trying to find those responsible for the events with more than 68 persons charged recently, including residents of Ain el Remmaneh.
Reportedly, the first several wounded in the conflicts were residents of Ain el Remmaneh.
