You Must Visit Al-Ezer Forest In Akkar, Lebanon (Photos)!

Located in North Lebanon, Akkar is a fascinating Lebanese region.

Al-Ezer Forest (the Iron Oak Forest) is a particularly interesting place that draws people all year round and is the reason why you should definitely visit this northern region!

Deemed as one of the most beautiful forests in the world, environmentalists estimate that it is home to over 4,000 Iron Oaks, hence its name.

It is also home to some 100 varieties of wildflowers

And wild plants…

Even rosehip bushes, which are not common to find around… (rosehip tea, anyone?)

Located at an altitude of 1,600 meters, Al-Ezer Forest has been an ideal destination for amazing photoshoots of the Milky Way.

A fascinating place to connect with nature during all seasons…
