Amar, the renowned Lebanese restaurant, has now spread its wings to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Known for its authentic Lebanese cuisine, Amar has established a strong presence in Beirut with locations like Amar Café in Downtown Beirut, Amar Seaside, and Amar Harissa.
These branches are celebrated for their commitment to high-quality ingredients and classic Lebanese dishes.
In Jeddah, Amar just opened in the Al Andalus area and promises a unique dining experience. The restaurant’s highlight is an awe-inspiring ceiling installation by Italian designer Jacopo Foggini, featuring a cloud-inspired design that changes color.
Foggini describes it as a handmade sculpture of 2,500 pieces, specifically crafted for Amar in Jeddah.
The layout of Amar in Jeddah includes both indoor and outdoor seating, catering to diverse dining preferences with long tables for groups, intimate round tables for two, and a terrace with high tables.
The decor is a blend of elegance and comfort, showcasing terracotta chairs, wooden tables, and golden wall accents. Patrons can expect a menu similar to the Beirut branches, featuring a variety of Lebanese dishes.
The menu likely includes salads, hot and cold mezze, raw meat, grilled specialties, fresh fish, vegetables, and signature desserts like brownies, chocolate fondant, knefeh, othmaliye, and profiteroles.
