Lebanese Mother-Daughter Entrepreneurs Were Featured By A Leading American Magazine

Lebanese-Australian model and entrepreneur Jessica Kahawaty and her mother, Chef Rita Kahawaty, were both featured in Entrepreneur Middle East, one of the leading American magazines, headquartered in Irvine, California.

The Lebanese mother-daughter made the cover of the magazine for their entrepreneurial leadership position in the Food and Beverage industry.

“Women in leadership positions in the F&B world are severely underrepresented, making up only 18% of the industry,” expressed Jessica Kahawaty on Instagram.

The Kahawatys are the founders of Mama Rita, which they launched in 2020. The concept has been growing into becoming a famous food delivery business in Dubai.

Harboring more than 42,000 followers on Instagram alone, Mama Rita kitchen focuses on serving Middle Eastern, Venezuelan, African, and Italian home-cooked meals.

In addition to being the co-founder and CEO of Mama Rita, Jessica Kahawaty has a degree in Law and Business Finance and is a philanthropist and a beauty pageant titleholder.

She won the title of Miss World Australia 2012 and represented Australia at Miss World 2012, where she claimed the 2nd runner-up position.
