Lebanese artist Anthony Touma just proposed to his long-time girlfriend, the bubbly Jessica Khater. He surprised her when he bent on one knee on the beach with the engagement ring. Could it get any more romantic?
For those who don’t know, Anthony Touma is one of the Lebanese singers who have represented Lebanon in the reality talent show The Voice France. He wowed the judges and made it to the semi-finals in 2013.
Since then, his music career took off. He was featured in a song by famed singer Enrique Iglesias called Let Me Be Your Lover. In 2015, he participated in Dancing With The Stars on MTV Lebanon and won.
Now, Touma has some wonderful news of his own. He announced his engagement on Instagram, posting the proposal video with the caption, “She thought we were filming a TikTok video… Little did she know. #shesaidyes”
Of course, the proposal wouldn’t be complete without a song! He wrote an original song asking her to marry him.
He uploaded it to Instagram in a video that compiled their cutest moments. Appropriately, the caption read, “So baby… Will you marry me?”
Jessika shared the news on her own account writing, “Anthony wrote this song and then we celebrated.”
Congratulations! We dare you to name a better couple.
