The American University of Beirut (AUB) held an annual gala dinner to raise funds to support its initiative that is offering quality education in a state-of-the-art campus.
Starting next year, AUB announced that it will be offering a new scholarship which is called Advance Student Scholarship Initiative.
Scholarships will be offered to the top 130 students from all the districts in Lebanon. These will cover 80 percent of the tuition fees.
This university has a strong impact in Lebanon and in the Middle East. Its main mission is to offer academic excellence to its students.
Also, this scholarship will give students with different backgrounds the opportunity to study in this academic institution that is one of the best universities in the world.
In fact, AUB was ranked 41st in the QS Graduate Employability Ranking on an international level. The graduate employment rate is 99.8%. As for the rankings in the Middle East, AUB ranked 2nd!
