A large fire broke out in a carpenter’s shop in Lebanon at around 6 AM on Thursday.
The Beirut Fire Brigade has responded to the fire and is, at the time of writing, still working on putting it out, according to a statement by the Brigade’s Public Relations Department.
The carpenter’s shop that’s on fire is located within a 4-story residential building (Nael Residential Complex) in Khalde. Firefighters at the scene are working to ensure that the fire doesn’t spread to nearby buildings.
For this reason, vehicle and personnel reinforcements have been called to the site by the Beirut Fire Brigade to support the ongoing efforts to extinguish the flames. The cause of the incident has yet to be revealed.
