Recently, Travel + Leisure Magazine (T+L) shared a list of the 10 best city hotels in the Middle East and North Africa region (MENA) for 2017. The readers of T+L were asked to fill a survey about their travel experiences. For this list, they rated hotels on their facilities, services, location, food, customer care, and value.
