Beirut has long been home to the most epic nightlife in the region. In recent years, Dubai has been following suit, including Lebanese famed nightclubs in its city’s nightlife.

After the massive success of Lebanon’s iconic Skybar in Dubai, it’s now Beirut’s most famous underground nightclub B018 that will be landing in the Emirates.

B018, the war bunker nightclub, first opened in 1998. In the last 22 years, it has become an iconic piece of Lebanon’s nightlife.

Like many Lebanon-born restaurants and clubs, B018 will now share the thrilling experience with Dubai under the name “B018 The Sequel.”

The venue will be slipt into two spaces with contrasting designs: A Tropical Room and the Main Room.

The tropical-themed cocktail bar will include lush greenery and welcoming vibes.

As for the Main Room, which is designed by award-winning Lebanese architect Rabih Geha, it will attempt to retain the industrial-theme like the original war-bunker space in Beirut.

“B018 The Sequel has a dualistic approach,” the club’s chief growth officer Hassan Ballout told The National. “Our aim is to maintain the spirit of the original venue while facilitating its growth.”

“We plan to use B018 as a platform for regional talent, to endorse young creators and help them grow. This is something that started in Beirut, and that we plan to continue across the Middle East,” he explained.

The new venue for Dubai’s B018 The Sequel is located near the outskirts of the Marina and set to open in early 2021.
