The Beirut Port Blast investigation has officially resumed after a 13-month suspension due to political pressure and attempted obstruction.
Judge Tarek Bitar, the judge investigating the Beirut Port explosion that left 244 people dead, has resumed his work.
This comes ahead of great pressure as the families of the victims escalate their protests leading to 13 of the relatives being detained or summoned.
