Beiteddine International Festival Is Back And You Can Attend 3 Concerts For Free

After 2 years of hiatus, the Beiteddine International Art Festival is back with 3 free concerts and 3 art exhibitions, from Wednesday, July, 13 until Saturday, July 16.

The leading Beiteddine Festival is back again with concerts and exhibitions, which will be held at the mesmerizing 200-year-old Beiteddine Palace, Chouf.

Here is the full program:

Les Cordes Resonnantes – July 13, 8:00 pm

Founded in 2018, the Lebanese-based chamber music ensemble specializing in Classical Music, Les Cordes Résonnantes, will present a wide range of Opera and instrumental programs:

Lara Jokhadar, Soprano

  • Summertime – Gershwin
  • Lascia ch’io pianga – Handel

Natasha Nassar, Mezzo-Soprano

  • Habanera – Bizet

  • Erbarme dich – J.S. Bach

Duets

  • I dreamed a dream –Les Miserables
  • Ain’t no mountain high enough –M. Gaye

Instrumentals

Tarab in Beiteddine – Daline Jabbour and her Oriental Ensemble – July 15, 8:00 pm

Oud player and Arabic and Sufi singer Daline Jabbour and her Oriental Ensemble will also be participating at the Beiteddine International Art Festival 2022.

Guy Manoukian and his orchestra – July 16, 8:00 pm

The talented Lebanese-Armenian composer and pianist, Guy Manoukian, will be playing amazing music for free at the festival!

Art Exhibitions, July 13 until August 31

The Beiteddine International Art Festival 2022 will also host three free exhibitions from July 13 until August 31:

  • “Les Oubliés de Beiteddine”, The Vaulted Gallery;
  • A curated show around the theme of nature in Lebanon, The Palace Main Gallery;
  • SCULPTURES AT THE COURT, The Midan Courtyard.
