Yianni: Supercar Customiser
. 2,000 drivers were asked to vote for the rudest driver on the road. These are the top 10 most inconsiderate car owners by model:
- BMW M3: 56%
- Range Rover: 48%
- Audi TT: 43%
- Mercedes-Benz C-class: 37%
- Ford Transit Van: 36%
- Porsche 911: 31%
- VW Golf: 20%
- Vauxhall Corsa: 18%
- Nissan Qashqai: 15%
- Vauxhall Astra: 15%
More than half the drivers believe that BMW owners are the rudest on the road and lack of driving etiquette. While this stereotype might not apply to all the car owners, James Buttrick, a spokesman for Vantage Leasing who commissioned the study says that “the type of car we drive is seen to portray a great deal about our personality on the roads.” So, “it might be worth considering the stereotype associated with each brand” before buying a new car.
