Bonheur du Ciel, which is founded by Father Majdi Allawi, is an association that helps the homeless and the people who suffer from drug addiction. Father Allawi is also the founder of “Snack and Café” which is a restaurant that serves free food for homeless and needy people. It serves healthy meals to people from all nationalities and religious backgrounds. The restaurant operates in Bourj Hammoud, Tripoli, Ain El Remeneh, Furn El Chebek, Hadath, Chekka, and Jbeil. This week, a new branch opened in Hazmieh. It feeds approximately 200 people per day thanks to the dedication of the volunteers and the people who support this initiative.
