Taoumat Niha, located in Southern Lebanon, is overshadowed by the more popular Qornet el Sawda, the highest elevation in Lebanon.
However, the sceneries at the top of this peak are magical, breathtaking, and even empowering, making it a great hiking destination and every drop of sweat to reach it.
Part of the Anti-Lebanon Mountain Range, this peak gives you views of the borders between Lebanon and Syria, and parts of both countries.
But it does even more than that as you come to feel Lebanon’s majesty in different forms and colors, and allows you to immerse in spectacular moments of awe.
