The latest initiative to help the people of Lebanon comes from China. Chinese Ambassador to Lebanon, HE Wang Kejian, just delivered China’s donation of 3,600 food boxes to the Lebanese Army. According to Kejian, 15,000 people will be able to benefit from this donation. China’s stance of solidarity with the Lebanese is not new. Since the beginning of the pandemic outbreak, China prompted to donate airport screen equipment and medical equipment to help Lebanon fight the coronavirus.
