And Lebanon has many such places to offer with quiet yet productive vibes to empower the students through their materials and projects.

#5 Dawawine (Gemmayze)
It’s spacious and it’s quiet, with comfy couches and cafe settings. Dawawine is located in a discrete area (by the Pasteur street), which makes it ideal for you to immerse in your materials without disturbance.
#6 HOOK (Ain el Remmaneh)
Bright, serene, homey, and fresh, this is the atmosphere you’ll immerse in to study at this family-run place. It carries well its name since you’ll certainly get hooked.
It’s your perfect place to focus on your study away from the noise and the distraction and get to enjoy their daily soup and snacks.

Kind of classic for students, and we all know it. Starbucks is the first destination that comes to mind when looking for a coffee shop to study.

Don’t worry Broummana High school students, we also have a place in your area to recommend for you around. Unicorn Coffee House caters to all your studying spaces need.
#9 Sole Insight (Ashrafieh)
Located by the Vendome Stairs in Ashrafieh, this charming bohemian place is ideally quiet to study while enjoying some homemade pastries with a fresh juice, or a herbal tea, or a cup of coffee.
Its small library comes to add to the relaxing studying atmosphere you’ll find in this coffee shop.
#10 KI (Hamra)
A popular destination for students seeking to study and work on their uni projects, KI Hamra by Le Commodore Hotel, has that particular productive vibe to help you power through your materials.
#11 Gordon’s Café (Downtown)
Yes, it is in the heart of downtown under Le Grey Hotel, but students don’t skip it when looking for a place to study during the day, and for some good reasons, even if one of them is its luxury vibe.
#12 DePrague (Hamra)
A coffee house with a retro and homey twist. Coffee and quietness during the day, ideally to focus on your study materials. Not at night, though, as it turns into a bar, which you can enjoy when exam pressure doesn’t impose studying priority on you.

This is a fun and perky place to get creative or to study at peace while surrounded by the refreshing ambiance of a beautiful garden.
#14 Cafe Younes (10 locations, including AUBMC)
One of Beirut’s longtime classic coffee places, with a variety of good freshly brewed coffee, Cafe Younes has spread to various locations across Lebanon.
You’ll find it in Aley, Choueifat, Ashrafieh, Mansourieh, Sodedco, 2 in Hamra, at AUBMC, by AUB hospital’s gate, and you name it.
#15 Colombiano Coffee House (Hamra and Ashrafieh)
Another student-popular internet cafe in Beirut that has come to be endearingly called CCH by the regulars.
Both locations are sought by university students for its serene and warm atmosphere and friendliness, and its comfy and relaxing Latin setting. And sure, let’s not forget its Latin food!

Quiet, secluded, and a sense of freedom come with this place where you get to refill your coffee mug at your leisure and needs. Self-serving coffee it is. I
t’s located by the train station, yet discretely enough to give you the needed quietness to work. A relaxing environment, comfy chairs, wide desks, and plugs all around to connect your laptop.
