Today, the Lebanese Minister of Interior and Municipalities Nohad Machnouk signed the decree to hold the parliamentary elections on May 6 in Lebanon and between April 22 and 27 abroad.
وقّع الوزير #المشنوق مشروع مرسوم #دعوة_الهيئات_الناخبة للبنانيين المقيمين في #لبنان والمنتشرين، وأحاله إلى الأمانة العامة لرئاسة #مجلس_الوزراء على أن تجري العملية الانتخابية في 6 أيار 2018 في كلّ لبنان، وفي 40 دولة مقسّمة بين 22 و27 نيسان، استناداً إلى العطل الرسمية فيها. pic.twitter.com/p95SJ1dsCt

For the first time, Lebanese nationals living abroad will be able to exercise their right to vote. Lebanese expats were able to register for the 2018 parliamentary election
. Another option was to register with the nearest Lebanese embassy or consulate.
