The Tales of the Cocktail Foundation (TOTCF) announced the Top 10 Nominees for the 16th annual Spirited Awards to recognize the most talented in the global spirits community.

Since 2007, the Spirited Awards became one of the industry’s most awaited and acclaimed awards to recognize the beverage professionals and establishments across the global spirits community.

This year, and in partnership with Forbes, the TOTCF will honor the recipients during an in-person conference held in New Orleans between July 25 and July 29, 2022.

The award categories highlight the wide range of talents, honoring bartenders, journalists, brand ambassadors, and media, to ensure that each member of the industry is recognized for their contributions.

Among the Top 10 nominees for the many TOTCF categories, Dead End Paradise from Beirut was nominated in the Best New International Cocktail Bar (presented by Stranger & Sons) category.

Dead End Paradise is an Asian/Middle Eastern-themed dive bar.

The bar generates new energy among Beirut’s local bar scene by serving Tiki-themed cocktails, and Asian and Middle Eastern street food, and providing the ultimate party vibe.

The Lebanon-based bar was also ranked as N.68 in the World’s Best Bars for 2021.
