According to “Al Jadeed” information from Electricité du Liban (EDL), the Deir Ammar thermal plant will be out of service as of this evening.
This is for a period that has not yet been determined due to the depletion of the fuel stock from the tanks of the plant, especially since there is no date for the arrival of any ship carrying diesel to the aforementioned plant.
Lebanon has been provided with barely three hours of electricity per day amid a fuel shortage.
