Coinciding with the sit-in organized by the Association of Depositors in Lebanon in front of the parliament, the Depositors’ Outcry Association announced that the depositor Hussein Ramadan and his mother stormed the Al Baraka Bank in Hamra.
The security forces reportedly intervened by force, expelling Ramadan and leaving the mother inside the bank as she refused to leave until she gets her money.
