The 18-year-old Lebanese star player Elie Joe Saade, a Collège des Sœurs des Saints Cœurs alumnus, has signed a professional contract with the Spanish football club Levante UD which is based in Valencia, according to
. Levante UD plays in La Liga. It currently ranks 17th. The striker joined the Spanish team after training at the Beirut Football Academy (BFA) for 12 years. Elie started training at the age of 6. According to
, “he never missed training and shined in every game.” At the official announcement of the move, Elie said that he always knew that hard work would eventually help him achieve his goal.
