Elie Saab is at it again! He is headlining designer news and lifting Lebanon’s name up high… This time, over Dubai’s dazzling skyline!
Lebanese powerhouse and Hollywood stars’ favorite Elie Saab just partnered with Emaar, a global developer, to bring us an extraordinary project that could radicalize the construction industry.
The versatile designer is trying his hand in real estate, signing on to a collaboration with the Dubai-based real estate development company Emaar. The collaboration is set to be part of a 20-tower residential community in Dubai Harbour called Emaar Beachfront.
Reflecting the innate elegance and exceptional detailing that sets our Damour-born designer apart, Saab’s Residences will be the first venture of a Lebanese fashion designer into the interior design’s industry.
Upon the announcement of the project at a dazzling gala in Dubai’s Opera House, Mohamed Alabbar, chairman of Emaar, had this to say:
“Elie Saab is the pride of the Arab world and a fascinating international success story. Through our first association with Elie Saab, [who is] admired by the world’s leading celebrities, we are offering discerning customers a new lifestyle address. Every aspect of these glamorous residences is personally designed by Elie Saab.”
In addition to 1 to 3-bedroom apartments, the tower by Elie Saab at Emaar Beachfront will have an exquisite collection of four-bedroom penthouses overlooking the Arabian Sea, The Palm, and Dubai Marina.
The tower will also feature ground-level boutique fashion stores, galleries, and cafes, as well as lobbies designed by the creative Lebanese to promote the feeling of luxury that his dresses instill.
In addition to the feast of living in his ethereal and romantic world, residents of the multi-million dollar project can enjoy direct access to a private beach, and to numerous dining options within the building itself.
So far, only a handful of details on the top-class project were released to the public. Emaar has been teasing out sneak-peeks of the exclusive collaboration on social media.
