Meze or mezza is a selection of various small dishes meant to accompany the drinking of Arak, the famous Lebanese spirit.

Tabbouleh and Fattoush are the main salads on the menu. Hummus is the delicious spread or dip made out of cooked and mashed chickpeas.

Baba Ghannouj is a dish of mashed cooked eggplant mixed with tahina, olive oil, and various seasonings, often topped with pomegranate.

Hindbeh is cooked Dandelion topped with fried caramelized onions. Mouajjanet is a collection of grilled or fried, cigars or triangles, dough filled with cheese or spinach.

Wara’ ‘Enab are vine leaves stuffed with a mixture of rice, tomato, and parsley. Batata Harra are cubes of fried potatoes marinated in a chilli sauce.
