Dubbed as “a self-taught interior design guru” by American magazines, Farah Merhi is one of those Lebanese in the diaspora who have reached massive fame and success by following her passion.
She is not only making headlines, but she’s also a star of elegance and exquisite taste, an ambassador to several reputable brands in the field, and a reference to over 1.2 million people who follow her on Instagram.
Farah Merhi is one of the most prominent interior designers in the world.
A wife, mother, content creator, and entrepreneur, Farah Merhi is a Michigan-based interior designer.
She’s the founder and CEO of Inspire Me! Home Decor, a famous brand of stunning home decor that brought her to become a public figure in the field. She’s also the author of “Inspire Your Home.”
Farah was born to Lebanese parents in The Congo and pursued an education in Political Science in the United States. A few semesters short of graduating, she decided to change her career path while renovating her home.
She is a self-taught interior designer, who was largely influenced by her mother’s endeavors to turn their constantly war-ravaged home during her upbringing in the Congo into a warm, enchanting, and classy dwelling.
To do so, her mother would only rely on her do-it-yourself skills, her attention to detail, and her sense of style back then.
It was in 2012 that Farah started her brand as an online source of inspiration. It went developing into exclusive decor collections in partnership with well-known and major home decors companies like QVC and Wayfair.
She is also a brand ambassador to several reputable trusted brands in the field.
