With the ongoing problems in Lebanon’s health sector, Ahla Fawda is organizing The Life Beat Festival to provide the opportunity for anyone to have their medical concerns addressed.
The festival will be providing individuals with health consultations, checkups, mental health consultations, alternative and traditional medicines, beauty care, and yoga/exercise classes, available either free of charge or at affordable prices.
The NGO will also be raising funds to secure health services for the Lebanese community through the festival to promote public health and wellbeing.
The free-of-charge Life Beat Festival 2022 will take place on Sunday, June 26, in Hamra, from 10:00 am until 11:00 pm.
Those participating will also enjoy shopping, eating, drinking, arts and crafts, live performances, kids’ activities, stage talks by various Lebanese personalities, and even a pet farm.
The funds raised will support the “G.O.A.L.” operation, a platform founded by the NGO along with different partners to assist the Lebanese community with free medical services, as well as supporting Ahla Fawda’s humanitarian operations and environmental projects.
