The General Security in Lebanon and BLOM Bank have partnered together to make the process of paying easier. In fact, people can pay by using their credit cards in all branches of the General Security in Lebanon soon. Also, payment machines, more precisely point-of-sale (POS) terminals, will be set in all the branches of the General Security. Lebanese nationals, as well as foreigners, will be able to pay by using credit cards that can be from any bank as long as they are Master or Visa cards. This concept has been introduced to facilitate payments in Lebanon and to reduce bribery and corruption. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VF3dQ3OBdUM The inauguration of this project has taken place at the General Security headquarters in Beirut with the presence of Major General Abbas Ibrahim, and the Chairman and the General Manager of BLOM Bank Saad Azhari.
