Suspected of killing 10 people in Baakline, Mazen Harfoush was found and arrested by the ISF, reports LBCI News.
The arrest was made in Ainbal, a village just minutes away from Baakline where the cold-blooded murders took place.
Mazen allegedly killed nine people on Tuesday afternoon including his wife. He also killed several Syrian and Lebanese people while on his shooting spree.
He also killed his brother Fawzi Harfoush who was assumed to be his accomplice. Fawzi became the tenth victim of this violent massacre.
The ISF has looked for him tirelessly, using helicopters in the search. Police dogs were also brought in to find the killer.
