Israeli media have reported that today marks the most violent day on the northern front with Lebanon since October 8.
Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu warned Hezbollah that any gunfire would be met with intensified retaliation, emphasizing the commitment to securing both northern and southern regions.
Earlier today an Israeli airstrike targeted a house in Ainata leading to the death of two civilians. Israeli forces launched two missiles at a residence on the outskirts of Ainata.
In a series of retaliatory actions, Hezbollah targeted Israeli military posts and infantry in Branit and al-Raheb. Israel responded with heavy shelling and airstrikes on several Lebanese border towns.
Additionally, a media convoy touring Yaroun was struck by two shells, fortunately without causing any injuries.
