A house was heavily damaged when a celebratory RPG-7 rocket fired by Hezbollah supporters landed through its roof.
Fired in celebration of the arrival of Iranian fuel through Syria on Thursday morning, the rocket destroyed the roof of the house and damaged its interior.
Photos shared online show the extent of the damage.
The stray rocket that caused this is one of many fired in eastern Lebanon with the arrival of tankers delivering Iranian fuel into Lebanese territory.
Celebratory gunfire from assault rifles was also documented in the areas through which the trucks entered.
Since the trucks arrived, multiple videos have been shared on social media of men armed with AK-47 rifles and RPG-7 launchers firing randomly into the air in celebration.
Apart from concerns over its quality, the Iranian fuel has raised fears of repercussions, particularly sanctions from the U.S., due to the fact that Iran and Syria are both sanctioned countries.
