Following the rocket fired from south Lebanon into Israel, the IDF artillery launched an attack on Lebanon and reportedly struck a target in the area from where the rocket was fired.
Hours earlier, a rocket was launched into Israel from the area of Ras El Ain, south of Tyre, into northern Israel, as confirmed by the Lebanese security forces to local media.
The IDF reported that the rocket fell in an open area and that despite the loud explosions heard near the town of Shlomi at the border.
