Lebanese Swimmer Ihab Chibani participated in the international open water swimming race “Oceanman Dubai 2022”, in the city of Dubai, UAE.
Chibani excelled in the championship that took place between March 11 and 12, scoring first place in his age group in the 5 kilometers race, with a time of 01:11:11, and 2nd place in the overall race.
The young Lebanese swimmer also got first place in the 1.5 Km race with a time record of 00:23:47.
He’s now aiming to qualify for the next Summer Olympics 2024 in Paris.
Ihab Chibani is an open water swimmer and was the winner of the Open Water National Championship in Lebanon and the winner of the Swimtheisland Open Water Championship in Italy. He also won the silver medal at the Oceanman Final World Championship.
