On Monday, Israeli troops arrested two people who had crossed the security fence bordering Lebanon and Israeli.
The arrest was made following a 12-hour manhunt for the suspects who turned out to be two Turkish migrants in search of work, according to Israeli media.
The Arabic spokesperson for the Israeli army, Avichay Adraee, indicated in a tweet that the border crossing did not seem to pose any kind of threat nor was it terror-related.
Israeli authorities had been trying to locate the individuals ever since detecting traces that two people had crossed the border the day prior.
The two individuals have since been taken in for interrogation.
