’s state-run news agency NNA is reporting that the Israeli army crossed the border into to steal cows on Sunday.

About 15 Israeli troops reportedly opened the border gate facing Al-Wazzani in South , surveyed the area, and seized 7 cows before leaving.

The news is so random that people reacted in a humorous way after hearing it.

Independent journalist Luna Safwan made the hashtag “#freethecows” while Lebanese University student Hadi Salloum jokingly pleaded, “We need our 7 cows.”

This happens the day after the Israeli army attempted to kidnap a second shepherd along the southern Lebanese border, the brother of the shepherd who was kidnapped and released 2 weeks ago.
