JLO Wore A Lebanese Designer At the Super Bowl Party

Jennifer Lopez and Shakira delivered an unforgettable performance during the Super Bowl 2020 half time show a couple of days ago.

Before wowing the audience with amazing dance moves and an incredible voice, JLO attended the pre-Super Bowl party wearing a Lebanese designer.

The artist rocked Zuhair Murad’s charming minidress. This couture belongs to Murad’s Fall/Winter 2020 collection Mirages et Oasis, inspired by the 70s. This beautifully shaped and colored dress sure found its perfect match!

Jennifer Lopez and fiance Alex Rodriguez threw the pre-party in Miami ahead of her Super Bowl performance. Many international celebrities attended this party, such as Mexican pop star Thalia and Shahs of Sunset star Asifa Mirza.

Though JLO was sure the one that stole the spotlight with her elegant and unique appearance, this isn’t the first time that the Lebanese sophisticated sense of fashion went worldwide thanks to Zuhair Murad.

Murad has been killing it in the fashion industry ever since his first appearance on the catwalks of Rome in 1999.

His recent spring/summer collection at the Paris Fashion Week 2020 was absolutely brilliant, and Justin Bieber’s wife was recently seen wearing a dress of that collection at the Premier of her husband’s docu-series.

His haute-couture, ready-to-wear, and accessories were worn by several big celebrities worldwide.

He dressed up Najwa Karam for a couple of her video clips, Christina Aguilera at the 2011 Golden Globe Awards, Kerry Washington at the 2011 Emmy Awards, etc.

He also designed Miss France Chloe Mortaud’s gown for Miss Universe 2009 and the dress of Princess Al-Taweel of Saudi Arabia for Prince William’s wedding.

JLO also wore his designs many times before, like to the 2013 American Music Awards and the 2010 Met Gala. She also wore his outstanding wedding gown for one of her movie scenes.

Needless to say, Murad’s success is a win for Lebanon. He’s allowing the world to see how creatively sophisticated the Lebanese can be, in the fashion industry as well as any other industry.
