Jordanian Prime Minister Bishr Al-Khasawneh met with Lebanon’s caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati at the Prime Minister’s Office in Amman.
Both officials affirmed the distinguished relations between their countries and on enhancing joint bilateral cooperation in all fields to serve the common interests of the two countries and peoples.
Al-Khasawneh affirmed his country’s support under the leadership of King Abdullah II to Lebanon to face the current challenges and enhance its stability.
As for PM Mikati, he expressed his thanks and pride for King Abdullah II’s supportive stances for Lebanon in various forums, stressing his keenness to strengthen bilateral relations with Jordan in all fields.
