The judicial assistants in Lebanon announced that they will stop working permanently and without any exceptions, from July 18th to August 5th, and won’t be conducting any of the notifications issued by any reference during that period.
Their committees clarified that “the demands are the payment of all overdue dues, which are transportation allowances for the months of last April and May, in addition to the dues of the sorting committees in the parliamentary elections process that took place in May.”
The assistants want their transportation allowance to be 150,000 LBP for each working day, or exchanged for vouchers distributed according to the distance of the work centers from the accommodation.
They also demand to be exempted from the new cell phone bill or be provided with cheap lines and services, similar to the military lines, solutions for the high hospital fees, and educational fees.
