Lebanese Army Arrested A Gang That Stole 100 Motorcycles

Over the weekend, the Lebanese Army Command announced that it arrested a gang of 4 members who admitted to stealing over 100 motorcycles.

In its announcement, the Army Command stated that it stopped the culprits in the southern suburbs of Beirut, particularly in the Gallery Semaan area of Chiyah.

The 4 members with the initials M.K., J.J., A.J., and A.D. admitted to stealing the motorcycles as well as selling and transporting drugs from Bekaa to Beirut. They also added that they had no legal identification cards.

A large number of drugs and cash were found and confiscated from their belongings, as well as a stolen motorcycle.

The seized material was handed over to the pertinent judiciary and an investigation has been opened into the case.
