Brigadier Raymond Khattar, the Director General of Civil Defense, has taken a hands-on approach to emergency preparedness.
He has dispatched the head of the Service and Operations Unit along with his assistants to southern Lebanon. There, they will meet with the heads of regional centers to develop an emergency plan.
This initiative is in line with Brigadier General Khattar’s directives, aiming to ensure a swift response to humanitarian and national duties in times of crisis.
