Several protesters from the Association of depositors In Lebanon and Depositors’ Outcry Association organized, on Monday, a sit-in front of the parliament demanding to drop the capital control bill.
The protesters expressed that this bill is “a disguised amnesty bill for the thieves of public and private money.”
The Caretaker Minister of the Lebanese Ministry of the Displaced, Issam Sharaf El-Din, also joined the sit-in.
