The Lebanese diaspora cast their votes, on Sunday, in 48 countries across the world for the 2022 parliamentary elections.
The state-run National News Agency (NNA) said the polling rate in European countries is 51.89% as follows:
- Switzerland: 1,755 voters or 67.47 percent.
- Italy: 1,052 voters or 49.44 percent.
- Turkey: 574 voters or 57.46 percent.
- France: 13,722 voters or 48.77 percent.
- Greece: 354 voters or 67.05 percent.
- Denmark: 357 voters or 50.57 percent.
- Britain and Northern Ireland: 4,200 voters, or 64.27 percent.
However, the Lebanese ambassador to Britain told LBCI that the voter turnout in Britain reached 75%, which is a record number, and in Ireland, the rate reached 71.6%.
- Ireland:157 voters or 67.38 percent.
- Austria: 175 voters or 62.06 percent.
- Germany: 7,872 voters or 48.67 percent.
- Poland: 126 voters or 58.60 percent.
- Russia:128 voters or 39.63 percent.
- Cyprus: 583 voters or 69.40 percent.
- Hungary: 126 voters or 57.01 percent.
- Romania: 464 voters or 66.67 percent.
- Luxembourg:140 voters or 70.00 percent.
- Spain: 671 voters or 54.73 percent.
- Sweden: 2075 voters or 51.58 percent.
- Belgium: 1,218 voters or 39.39 percent.
- Holland:L 635 voters or 65.80 percent.
Total voters: 36,384 or 51.89 percent.
