As the end of the summer season is approaching, many Lebanese expats are preparing to head back to their homes abroad and bidding farewell to their families and country, each on their way.
From the heights of the sky, the Lebanese expat Sara Ibrahim insisted on saying goodbye to her homeland in a rather exceptional way.
Before traveling back again to the U.S., the Lebanese singer and pianist sang Fairuz’s iconic song “Bhebak Ya Lebnan” (I Love you Lebanon) on top of Lebanon’s coast while enjoying a paragliding activity.
Quoting the famous statement by Gibran Khalil Gibran, she captioned her video on Instagram, “If Lebanon was not my homeland, I would choose Lebanon as my home,” adding, “I love you Lebanon.”
