The Annual Mahrajan, or Lebanese Festival of Our Lady of Lebanon is back for its 87th edition on Sunday, August 14th in Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia.
It is organized by Our Lady of Lebanon Church of Wheeling and will be held at the hills of Oglebay Park, at Levenson Shelter, starting with a mass at 10:00 am, followed by celebrations.
Attendees will have the chance to enjoy the Lebanese Culture reflected in many traditional Lebanese food items, along with the parish’s dance troupe, and a live Lebanese band.
The Lebanese festival will also host many children’s activities and family-friendly fun from 11:30 am until 7:00 pm.
Lebanese food will be available, including stuffed grape leaves, kibbeh, hummus, tabbouleh, shawarmas, and shish kebab, along with pastries, such as baklava, namoura, maamoul, and more.
