Pizzeria in Los Angeles serves Lebanese garlic chicken pizza

Pizza and garlic? This sounds delicious! A pizzeria in the city of Maywood, Los Angeles, is a fusion of Lebanese and Mexican cultures. The two foodies developed a unique menu that blends two cultures that are similar and different in many ways. After all, Lebanese and Mexican people are known for being passionate about food. The pizzas are a big hit in the region because they’re unique! For instance, the Carne Asada Pizza contains steak, cilantro, lime, cheese, red onion, radishes and Big Al’s hot sauce. It’s basically a taco-pizza!

The other famous dish is the Lebanese garlic chicken pizza! It contains grilled chicken, garlic sauce, tomato, mozzarella cheese, kosher pickles, pickled turnips, parsley, and ranch. It’s a fusion between shawarma and pizza!

that the pizzeria was ranked among Yelp’s Top 100 places to eat in the U.S. in 2015 and 2018. “We got a lot of Latinos and Central Americans here in Maywood. Then Bell’s right next door and we got a lot of Muslim community, cause we cater the Halal meat to everyone,”
