The Lebanese tennis player Hady Habib won the 1st Singles match against Monaco’s player Valentin Vacherot, with a score of 16 64 63.
Lebanon is now playing important tennis matches against Monaco in the 2nd group of the Davis Cup competition, which is held until Saturday, September 17th at Notre Dame University Stadium, in Zouk Mosbeh.
Per the expert’s comments, Lebanon’s chances of winning over Monaco are great, as the country advances Monaco by 20 places in the International Tennis Federation.
The Lebanese team includes Benjamin Hassan, whose ranking is No. 293 in the world; Hadi Habib (No. 358); Hasan Ibrahim, (No. 1666); Roey Tabet, Tamim Hallak; and Mustafa Al Natour.
On the other hand, Monaco will play the match against Lebanon with Valentin Vacherot, ranking 271 in the world; Lucas Catarina, (No. 498); Hugo Nys, (No. 1101); and Roman Arneodo.
The country that advances with 3 victories will win the confrontation and will play in the playoffs next March.
