Lebanese swimmer, Ihab Chibani participated in the Swim The Island race, which was held in Bergeggi, Italy between October 1st and October 2nd, 2022.
Among 3,158 swimmers participating from different countries, the Lebanese swimmer achieved 1st place in the 10 km race, with a time of 2:07:34. He also achieved 3rd place in the 800-meter race, with a time of 10:26.
Previously, Ihab excelled in many competitions, namely the international Italian Open Water Tour swimming race where he finished 1st place in his age group in 2 races.
In the “Oceanman Dubai 2022,” he scored 1st place in his age group in the 5 km race, 1st place in the 1.5 Km race, and 2nd place in the overall race.
Ihab Chibani is an open water swimmer. He was the winner of the Open Water National Championship in Lebanon and the Swimtheisland Open Water Championship in Italy. He also won the silver medal at the Oceanman Final World Championship.
