The Lebanese dance group Mayyas Group has stunned America’s Got Talent (AGT) jury and crowd yet again with a magical and mesmerizing performance during AGT’s season 17 semi-finals.
Mayyas Group presented a dazzling performance in the semi-finals, proving why they previously received the talent show’s Golden Buzzer in the auditions.
Orchestrated by choreographer Nadim Cherfan, the dance group featured a hypnotizing performance inspired by Oriental costumes, moves, and music.
At the end of the performance, Mayyas Group won the hearts of both the jury and the crowd, earning a standing ovation in support of the group.
The English TV personality, Simon Cowell, expressed that “every single one in this room, I promise you, are going to remember this moment because this is not just going to change your lives […] this is a performance that is going to change the world.”
Colombian and American actress Sofia Vergara, who rushed to hug the dance group, commented enthusiastically that she would give them another Golden Buzzer.
Model Heidi Klum stated that this performance was “absolutely excellent,” adding that they are ready for Las Vegas, referring to the AGT’s final.
Canadian comedian Howie Mandel said that this isn’t a dance group, as according to him, Mayyas has created one of the most beautiful and powerful shows in America’s Got Talent’s history.
