Lebanese Law Student Mira Berjawi Ranked 1st At The American University UAE Student Research Competition

The Lebanese University (LU) Law student Mira Berjawi was selected among more than 200 students from the Middle East to participate in the 5th annual American University in the Emirates Student Research Competition (AUESRC).

AUESRC aims to promote scientific research among undergraduate and graduate students to assist them with lifelong skills.

The competition also reinforces the students for future employability by developing an entrepreneurial mindset and promoting education, research, as well as innovation.

The Lebanese law student Mira Berjawi was awarded this prestigious ranking in the field of law, political, and administrative sciences for her research titled “Reviews submitted to the Constitutional Council and the scope of control over the constitutionality of laws.”

Berjawi is currently studying Law at the Faculty of Law, Political and Administrative Sciences at the Lebanese University. She is also a student coordinator at the “Centre de Métiers, d’Innovation et d’Entrepreneuriat” (Centre MINE).
